The 2020-2021 County MFIP Biennial Service Agreement is information about services and strategies intended to meet program measures with the goal of increasing the economic stability of low income families on MFIP. It is available for public review and comment until 10/15/19.
Responsibilities & Services
This division of Human Services provides economic support and health care to persons who qualify.
Persons must fill out a formal application in order to have eligibility determined for the following:
- Child Care Assistance
- Diversionary Work Program (DWP)
- General Assistance (GA)
- Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)
- Minnesota Supplemental Aid (MSA)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
Health Care Programs
Persons can apply in-person at our local agency Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Applications can be completed online at ApplyMN for health care, nutrition assistance, child care assistance, and emergency assistance.
MnSure Navigators - CLUES - Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicid
Nadia Crooker from CLUES (BILINGUAL) will be in our office every other Tuesday from 12-4 PM for anybody that wants help filling out their MnSure applications. Clients can also contact Nadia at 952-378-7989 to make an appointment. Nadia is available to meet with you and help you with your MnSure application.
