Delinquent Taxes The Auditor's Office is responsible for collecting delinquent taxes. Below are links to information on what a delinquent tax is and a facts sheet on the laws that govern delinquent taxes.
If you have delinquent taxes and wish to pay them please contact our office at 710 Second Ave S., St. James, MN or call 507-375-1210. Delinquent tax amounts and payoffs are not currently available online.
